1. Services

Blue Waters Laundry provides professional laundry, dry cleaning, and garment care services. We reserve the right to refuse service for any garment that we deem unfit for cleaning or that poses a risk to our equipment or other customers' items.

2. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Payment is due at the time of delivery or as specified during the order process.
• We accept various payment methods including cash, digital wallets, and cards.

3. Pickup and Delivery

• We make every effort to adhere to the scheduled pickup and delivery times. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic or weather.
• Customers must be present or provide a secure location for pickup and delivery.
• Blue Waters Laundry is not responsible for items left unattended for pickup or delivery.

4. Damage and Loss Policy

While we treat every garment with the utmost care, Blue Waters Laundry is not responsible for:

• Normal wear and tear resulting from the cleaning process.
• Pre-existing damage, weak fabrics, or poor colorfastness.
• Items left in pockets (e.g., money, jewelry, electronics).
• Loss of buttons, ornaments, or trimmings during cleaning.

In the rare event of loss or damage caused by our negligence, our liability is limited to 10 times the cleaning cost of the specific item.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Checking all pockets before handing over garments.
• Notifying us of any special cleaning instructions or delicate items.
• Pointing out specific stains that require extra attention.
• Verifying the count and condition of garments at the time of delivery.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Orders can be cancelled up to 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Refunds for unsatisfactory service will be handled on a case-by-case basis through re-cleaning or store credit.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
